Deputy Director of the Office of Public Assistance Oversight  David Cody is Deputy Director of the Office of Public Assistance Oversight in the Office of Recovery Management at the City of New Orleans. The oversight office is responsible for ensuring that FEMA and GOHSEP approve and reimburse the City for eligible expenses in a timely and complete manner. Prior to his current position, Mr. Cody handled fundraising and policy projects for ORM. His early career included roles as political campaign organizer, management consultant, and market researcher.
