ALVIN HARRISON
Population ReSettlement Manager ![]() Alvin C. Harrison, Jr. is a native New Orleanian with a 19 year background in project management including property management, personnel management, and facilities design and planning. His past experience has involved fast-track, high-end capital construction, and renovation projects. He has the ability to balance the human side of a project with the business objectives. After receiving Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration (Ohio University), Alvin received certificates in Changing Strategic Direction (Northwestern University), Retired Housing Professional (University of North Texas) and Advanced and Basic Maintenance (Louisiana Technical College). As Manager of Population Resettlement, Alvin’s main responsibility is to coordinate a team to attract and leverage private investment for retail and industrial development, to evaluate and recommend partnerships and collaborative opportunities, and to ensure that community development principles are met.
