JEFFREY THOMAS 
Special Assistant for Policy & Special Projects  Prior to moving to New Orleans, Jeffrey worked in Washington, DC as an environmental policy analyst and community organizer for the non-profit organization, OMB Watch. Jeffrey graduated from Tulane Law School in 2001 and Millersville University (PA), with a degree in Biology, in 1994.
